IMPORTANT: The standard deadline to submit a poster is 1 week prior to the start date of the meeting. Files submitted after the deadline will incur a late fee. Fee amounts are all based on the meeting start date. If you are unsure of the correct amount to pay please contact posters@cshl.edu.

• $99: Standard
• $109: Standard plus late “5 days” (3-5 business days* before meeting start date)
• $114: Standard plus late “2 days” (1-2 business days* before meeting start date)
• $119:  Standard plus late “meeting date” (meeting start date or later)
• $10: Late fee “5 days”
• $15: Late fee “2 days”
• $20: Late fee “meeting date”
