We are pleased to announce a pre-meeting  workshop on Biosensors of Metabolism which will immediately precede the Cold Spring Harbor meeting on Mechanisms of Metabolic Signaling & Disease (May 12 - 13, 2025. The workshop will start with an evening session on Monday May 12 and end early evening on Tuesday May 13, with the main meeting starting at 7:30pm that evening.

Understanding metabolism in time and space is an emerging topic that demands innovative tools, and the development of genetically engineered fluorescent biosensors for bioactive metabolites holds tremendous promise in this area. We anticipate the workshop will bring together protein designers/engineers and experts in metabolism, potentially catalyzing exponential growth in these emerging technologies.
