Cell Modeling in Space and Time

We are pleased to announce a new Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory meeting on Cell Modeling in Space and Time. The meeting will begin on the evening of Monday June 22, and end after lunch on Thursday June 25, 2026. This meeting inherits the mantle of quantitative approaches to cell dynamics from the long running CSHL meeting series on Cell Dynamics & Models held in odd years (2007-2021).

The specific goal of the meeting is to foster creative and fruitful interactions between experimental cell biologists, computational cell biologists and mathematical modelers who have common interests in understanding cellular processes. The meeting will emphasize the interplay between experiment, bioimage analysis, data-driven and mathematical models and computer simulations to quantitatively represent dynamic, multi-scale, multimodal, and/or high-content imaging data, develop testable hypotheses and to gain deeper insights into systems level design principles that govern cellular organization and dynamics in health and disease.

Unpublished material and must be submitted electronically by the abstract deadline. Selection of material for oral and poster presentation will be made by the organizers. The status (talk/poster) of abstracts will be posted on our web site as soon as decisions have been made by the organizers.
