NCI Informatics Technology for Cancer Research Program (ITCR) Annual Meeting

We are pleased to announce the 2026 NCI Informatics Technology for Cancer Research (ITCR) Annual Meeting will be held at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, New York. As in previous years, the event will kick off with a series of optional workshops** commencing on Wednesday July 15 afternoon. The main program will begin in the morning (10am) of Thursday July 16, and end late afternoon on Friday July 17.  An overnight stay on Friday with a Saturday departure is optional.

This meeting will bring together groups funded through the National Cancer Institute's Informatics Technology for Cancer Research (ITCR) Program to share their latest research/technology, and to discuss future strategy and approaches. The program will include pre-meeting workshops, oral and poster presentations, lightning talks, panel discussions and breakout sessions with NCI program staff.

**Workshops will take place on Wednesday, July 15thPlease register by June 22nd.

  1.  4:00pm - 6:00 pm  PhysiCell: Building and Exploring Web-Based Cancer Therapy Simulations (led by Dr. Paul Macklin)  
  2.  7:00 pm - 8:30 pm  |  Beyond the Basics for Cancer Informatics Data Visualization (led by ITN) 

If you are a trainee and want to apply for a travel award, the ITN has a number of trainee travel awards still available. **Note that you must attend one or both of the Workshops. You can apply for travel assistance using the same form

All ITCR-funded projects are strongly encouraged to submit an abstract.  Additional abstracts from trainees or team members are welcome.  One-page abstracts must be submitted online; the submission link will be included on the confirmation page of your completed registration.
