COVID-19: It is with considerable regret that we announce the cancellation of the upcoming CSHL in-person meeting on Neuronal Circuits because of ongoing concerns about the coronavirus outbreak. In an effort to prioritize our participants’ health while still promoting scientific exchange, we are hosting a virtual meeting, including oral sessions via Zoom and a digital poster platform, in its place. Please check your email for updates regarding the virtual meeting, refunds, and other important details.

We will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation as it evolves, following CDC guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our participants and staff. Full advisory

The eighth Cold Spring Harbor conference on Neuronal Circuits will take place virtually on Wednesday, March 18 through Friday, March 20, 2020.

A comprehensive description of neuronal circuitry, an old dream of neuroscientists, is about to become a reality with recent technological advances. As these advances have been made in different model organisms and systems, there is a need for a forum where neuroscientists studying various neuronal circuits could exchange ideas.

This CSHL meeting will allow for neuroscientists working on neuronal circuits in a wide range of model organisms, from invertebrates to mammals, to come together and discuss their research. Contributions from research, centered on neuronal circuits involving anatomical, physiological, theoretical and behavioral approaches, will be encouraged.

Virtual Meeting hosted by Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory using Zoom/Slack/Web-based tools
