We
are pleased to announce the sixth Cold Spring Harbor winter conference
this year focused on Plant Genomes, which will
begin on Thursday evening, March 15, 2007 and end at noon on Sunday,
March 18. We are looking forward to a broad-based meeting, and
abstracts are welcomed on all scientific topics related to advances
in our understanding of plant genome structure and function. The
aims of this meeting are to review progress in genome analysis
of the major plant groups and to determine the similarities and
differences in genome structure, composition and function of the
major groups of experimental and crop plants.
The format of the meeting will include six oral sessions and one
poster session. Each oral session will include invited speakers
and speakers selected from submitted abstracts. For this reason,
abstracts from accomplished junior and senior investigators are
warmly invited.
