APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please note
that the application requirements for this workshop differ
slightly from those for other CSHL courses & workshops.

The two-day training workshop
will be designed primarily for postdoctoral research fellows
and junior faculty who have initiated careers in biomedicine
and have background knowledge and experience in at least one
of immunology, infectious disease research (biological, or
clinical), ontology, or informatics.
Scholarships cover tuition,
lodging, and meals for both the two-day workshop
and the one-day public meeting.
Please read the following
information carefully:
We recommend that you apply at least one week prior to the
application deadline. Your online course application signifies
your intent to apply, and we will expect your application
packet to follow. You must mail the supporting documentation
listed below by the application deadline or your application
may not be considered for acceptance.
Application is highly competitive and enrollment is limited.
Failure to follow all instructions may eliminate your application
from the selection process. Applicants will be notified if
they are accepted 4-6 weeks after the application deadline.
COURSE APPLICATION
PROCESS
1.
Complete and submit the Online Course Application. You will
immediately receive an online confirmation form.
2.
Print this confirmation form and attach it to the following supporting documentionat; the result should be submitted in FOUR COPIES:

Letter and/or cirriculum vitae outlining your career, including
reasons why you would benefit from taking the course
* 1 letter of recommendation
* Justification letter for stipend request (if you are requesting
financial support); include additional justification if you are requesting travel support.
You must prepare a separate application package for each course
to which you apply.
