The third Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory/Wellcome Trust conference
on Interactome Networks - Mapping macromolecular interactions
in the cell will be held at the Wellcome
Trust Conference Centre on the Wellcome
Trust Genome Campus in Hinxton, UK. The meeting will begin
in the afternoon (2pm) of Wednesday August 29, and end with a
banquet on Saturday evening, with departure on the morning of
Sunday September 2, 2007.
The
conference will address topics including ORFeome and other clone
resources; Y2H and other binary assay maps; pull-down mass spectrometry
approaches; finishing orthogonal binary assays; assembly/annotation:
integration with phenotypic, transcriptome and localization clustering
data; domain-domain networks; and interaction-defective genetics.
We aim to bring together senior and junior investigators, postdoctoral
and (post)graduate researchers in a range of disciplines to share
existing research and experience. As is usual for regular CSHL
meetings, the majority of short talks will be selected from the
openly submitted abstracts.
Topics
include:

Abstracts
should contain new and unpublished material. Selection of material
for oral and poster presentation will be made by the organizers
and individual session chairs. Status (talk/poster) of abstracts
will be posted on our website as soon as decisions have been made
by the organizers. Please bring this notice to the attention of
any of your colleagues who may be interested.
We
are eager to have as many young people as possible attend since
they are likely to benefit most from this meeting. All registrations
and abstracts MUST be submitted by the abstract deadline, June
6, 2007. Late registration may be accepted after the
abstract deadline if the meeting is not oversubscribed. In the
event of over subscription, every effort will be made to ensure
that all groups who wish to participate will be represented. Status
(talk/poster) of abstracts will be posted on our web site as soon
as decisions have been made by the organizers.
We
look forward to seeing you at Hinxton in August.
