APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the following
information carefully:
We recommend that you apply at least one week prior to the
application deadline. Your online course application signifies
your intent to apply, and we will expect your application
packet to follow. You must mail the supporting documentation
listed below by the application deadline or your application
may not be considered for acceptance
Application is highly competitive and enrollment is limited.
Failure to follow all instructions may eliminate your application
from the selection process. Applicants will be notified if
they are accepted 4-6 weeks after the application deadline.
CSHL COURSE APPLICATION
PROCESS
1.
Complete and submit the Online Course Application. You will
immediately receive an online confirmation form.
2.
Print this confirmation form and attach it to FOUR COPIES
of the following supporting documentation:

Letter and/or cirriculum vitae outlining your career, including
reasons why you would benefit from taking the course
* 2 - 3 letter(s) of recommendation
* Justification letter for stipend request (if you are requesting
financial support)
You must prepare a separate application package for each course
to which you apply.

Forward ALL documentation in one package to:

Supporting letters arriving late or separate from the application
confirmation form may not be considered.
